All validated and fully paid bag orders will undergo internal review, quality inspection and professional packaging within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Weekends and official United States federal holidays are excluded from regular processing days with no order handling arranged during these periods.
Processing timelines may be moderately extended during promotional events and peak shopping periods with high order volumes. We will issue official email notifications to customers promptly once obvious delivery delays occur, allowing you to stay updated on your order progress.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package weight, outer package size and final delivery destination. The exact shipping expense will be automatically computed and clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation, with no hidden or additional charges.
Our store provides standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery cycle of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. This delivery timeframe is only a reference value. Actual delivery speed may fluctuate due to logistics carrier operational delays, customs clearance progress, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday logistics suspensions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your bag order completes all pre-delivery procedures and is officially dispatched, our system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes your exclusive tracking number and matched logistics carrier information.
Logistics tracking data will be synchronized and available for public inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the logistics carrier picks up the package. If the tracking status fails to update normally after 48 hours, you can contact our customer service team for manual verification and follow-up processing.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are required to fill in accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, valid postal codes and active contact information during order checkout. Please carefully verify all delivery details before completing payment to avoid logistics exceptions.
FREDRICKUSCROSS assumes no responsibility for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by wrong, incomplete or invalid customer-provided address information. Any packages returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require customers to bear independent reshipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is verified lost during logistics transit, please submit a loss investigation application to our customer support team within 3 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate fully with the logistics provider to confirm the loss liability and deliver a targeted solution.
Bag products may suffer surface scratches, extrusion deformation, accessory looseness or packaging damage during long-distance transportation. If you receive defective or damaged goods, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of package receipt. You need to provide clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product details as valid evidence. We will conduct a comprehensive review and resolve the issue efficiently.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
All bag products sold in our store are manufactured with diverse materials such as leather, canvas and polyester, with exclusive professional care instructions attached to each item. Customers shall follow the official guidelines for daily use, placement, cleaning and routine maintenance.
Any product damage, fading, deformation and structural failure caused by irregular cleaning, improper storage, unauthorized disassembly and modification, or artificial misuse shall be borne by the customer solely. Our store will not provide after-sales compensation, repair or replacement services for man-made product damage.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For all cross-border international shipping orders, the local customs department of the destination country may levy import duties, customs clearance fees and other related taxes in accordance with local foreign trade policies and regulatory standards.
All customs-related expenses incurred during international transportation are fully undertaken by the order recipient. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not cover any customs and import taxes. We are not liable for package detention, forced return or disposal caused by customers’ failure to pay relevant fees or violation of local import regulations.
